brassmind.com does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted on a rolling basis.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that connection.

When you email us

If you write to hello@brassmind.com or any other BrassMind address, we use your name, email address and what you tell us only to reply and to discuss working together. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Client data

Data we handle for clients is governed by the agreement with that client. It is never used to train public AI models.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@brassmind.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
